Job Opportunity: Senior Policy Associate (U.S. Health Care Delivery Initiative)

J-PAL North America is looking for a Senior Policy Associate to support the development of the U.S. Health Care Delivery Initiative. The initiative builds partnerships with government health agencies and other health organizations to design randomized evaluations of innovative policies and programs; builds capacity among researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to rigorously evaluate health programs; and translates the results of completed evaluations into lessons for policymakers. The Senior Policy Associate will serve as a project coordinator and analyst for potential randomized evaluations spurred by the J-PAL U.S. Health Care Delivery Initiative and will support J-PAL staff and partners in designing randomized evaluations. As a Senior Policy Associate, the primary tasks will involve evaluation support, capacity building, and communication.

We’re looking for a candidate with an understanding of impact evaluation, training in statistics, experience with project management, knowledge about health care, and excellent communications skills. We seek applicants from diverse backgrounds and welcome candidates with experience working on randomized evaluations in the United States or abroad.
